I couldn't find it anywhere myself so I ripped it from a BluRay image I got from Usenet and I am now offering it to you.

The newly discovered 51 minutes of scenes deleted from Blue Velvet by David Lynch.

This is a mkv file to retain some quality from the BluRay release.

i was planning on doing a edit where all the deleted scenes are inserted into the film
